Realtime Business Data
When an authorized administrator changes an order, warehouse entry, reservation, dispatch or history record, connected devices receive the updated data through Firebase. The status indicator remains visible throughout the portal so users can confirm whether the system is online, synchronizing or disconnected.

Admin User Management
Create separate login IDs, passwords and module-wise access.
Online authentication is managed through Firebase Authentication. The Main Administrator can enable or disable Keyur, Bhavya and SCT from this page. Bhavya has full Showroom Stock access. Staff can enter the portal only while Firebase Live Sync is online. SCT can view Warehouse and Showroom Live Stock, Reservations, Placing Orders, Dispatch and Dispatch History, and can create Placing Orders only. Every signed-in user is automatically logged out after 20 minutes without activity. Login time and important portal activity are recorded in the cloud. Passwords are protected by Firebase and are never displayed in this portal. To create an online user or reset a password, use Firebase Console → Authentication → Users.
